As a Voice Pathologist, Vocologist and Voice Instructor, I have a deep love for anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of phonation and love sharing that information. My approach to teaching and providing voice therapy stems from experience singing professionally, teaching singing, my work as a voice clinician and through conducting voice research. I created two arms to Vocal Essentials: CoreVoice, a powerful method of voice training for professional speaking and all styles/genres of singing and VoxBoxRx, vocal rehabilitation for anyone whose voice is not optimal because of an injury or illness, old technical habits, and/or effortful voice production. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client fall in love with his or her new voice and find their true vocal potential. For the past twenty-five years, I have been helping people sing, act, and speak with greater efficiency. With a background in vocal performance and communicative disorders, I have a thorough understanding of the vocal anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the voice and know what it takes to optimize voice production.
